Join us this season for an evening of holiday cheer! In this class, students will learn how to create origami stars using a traditional Japanese silkscreened paper called Chiyogami. This paper features metallic gold and silver accents and students will have hundreds of colors and patterns to choose from.

  • These small sculptures can be used as tree ornaments, substituted on gifts in lieu of bows, or gathered in a strand to create a festive garland.

  • Students may make and take as many stars as they can complete during the class. All materials are provided and are available to purchase at-cost for anyone interested in continuing their creations in their home studios.

  • Students will be provided with a step-by-step guide following the course that they may review each holiday season when creating new stars!
