Tapestry Weavers South is “an organization dedicated to advancing the art and craft of tapestry weaving” and with their annual New Works exhibition co-sponsored by the Yadkin Valley Fiber Center and the Foothills Arts Center, these talented artists are doing exactly that.

A selection of skillfully crafted tapestries can be viewed at The Studio, located at 110 North Bridge Street, Elkin, NC 28621. The show runs from June 3-August 20, 2022, with a members and patrons closing reception scheduled for Sunday, August 21, 2022.

The gallery is open on Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The show may also be viewed by appointment; to schedule an appointment, please contact Leslie Fesperman, director of the Yadkin Valley Fiber Center, or Dan Butner, director of the Foothills Arts Center.
